Individual Membership

For people and families who want to build financial strength through a community that works differently. Your participation generates tangible benefits. Your consistency opens doors to lending, ownership, and opportunity that compounds over time.

What's included:

  • Member Reserve Program: the foundation of CoSpark participation. Details are covered on the program page — the short version is that your money stays yours and your commitment puts money back in your pocket.
  • Education and coaching: workshops, mentorship, and community-led learning at Centers and online.
  • Network access: connect with members, businesses, and opportunities across the community.
  • Center access: attend events, use collaborative workspaces, and visit the BrightEyed Society restaurant.
  • Pathway eligibility: Acquisition Circles, Initiatives, lending pathways, Marketplace, and more become available as you build participation history.

Organization Membership

For businesses, churches, charities, and groups that want to participate as an entity. Organizations access the same foundational programs and can also list in the Member Marketplace, launch Initiatives tied to their mission, and build toward lending and acquisition pathways at organizational scale.

What's included:

  • Everything in Individual membership, structured for your organization
  • Member Marketplace listing: offer your products, services, or goods to the community network.
  • Initiative sponsorship: launch and manage Initiatives that channel member participation toward your organizational goals.
  • Team participation: enroll team members and build collective participation history.
  • Business coaching and peer networks: connect with other owner-operators and organizational leaders in the community.

Associate Membership

$8.88/month

Full access to the CoSpark community, education programming, Center events, and the Member Reserve Program. Annual option: $106.56/year.

Premium Membership

$25/month

Everything in Associate, plus the ability to list in the Member Marketplace, submit Initiatives for approval, and access mentoring programs. Premium is for members ready to use the full range of CoSpark pathways. Annual option: $300/year.

Both tiers are available for Individual and Organization accounts. Every dollar of your membership supports the infrastructure that makes the community work — Centers, programming, and the systems that keep participation transparent and accountable.

Membership fees convert to equity shares in CoSpark every three years. You are building ownership, not renting access.

Straight answers.

Yes. Membership can be canceled at any time by either the member or CoSpark.

No. CoSpark operates online and through virtual programming. Centers enhance the experience, but membership is not location-dependent.

Associate gives you full access to the community, education, Centers, and the Member Reserve Program. Premium adds Marketplace listing, Initiative submission, and mentoring programs. You can start as Associate and upgrade at any time.

No. CoSpark is a private, member-driven community structured as a C-Corp. It is not a bank, credit union, or investment fund. It does not offer FDIC-insured products. The model is built on participation and shared economic activity, not on traditional financial services.
